Smart Work Vs Hard Work

By Nnaemeka Nwosu

Hard work involves commitment, involvement and seriousness. Working hard also means working honestly.

  •  Smart work – through brain and mind (Accomplishes the same goal as hard work but with less sweat.)
  •  Hard work – through physic (Involves lots of strain and stress)
Smart working does not mean you start avoiding hard work “There is no substitute for hard work”, it actually means working hard in the right direction.
Smart work is essential to ensure we aren’t wasting our time doing something that in the end, would not yield profitable result, while hard work teaches that no matter how smart we are, ” Genius is 1% inspiration, 99% percent perspiration,”-Thomas Edison.
